1. Prepare the Property for Listing

- ☐ Get utility costs, HOA fees, and property tax details
3. Input the Listing into MLS
- ☐ Write a compelling listing description
- ☐ Upload high-quality photos and videos
- ☐ Input all property details, including square footage, lot size, and year built
- ☐ Set correct pricing strategy and list price
- ☐ Attach required disclosures and reports
- ☐ Verify and publish the MLS listing
4. Create & Execute Marketing Plan
- ☐ Design and print marketing materials (flyers, brochures, postcards)
- ☐ Publish the listing on real estate websites (Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, etc.)
- ☐ Announce listing on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- ☐ Send email blasts to potential buyers and real estate agents
- ☐ Order and install yard sign and lockbox
- ☐ Create a virtual tour (if applicable)
5. Schedule Open Houses & Showings
- ☐ Coordinate showing availability with the seller
- ☐ Set up open house dates and advertise them
- ☐ Prepare sign-in sheets and marketing packets for open houses
- ☐ Confirm access instructions (lockbox code, key, etc.)
6. Monitor & Adjust Listing Strategy
- ☐ Track online views and inquiries
- ☐ Collect feedback from showings and open houses
- ☐ Adjust pricing or marketing strategy if needed
- ☐ Keep the seller updated on progress and market trends
